Job Description

The Neuro ICU/IMCU RN will provide care in both the intensive care unit (ICU) and the step-down unit (IMCU). Candidates should be prepared to float between the ICU and IMCU as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients with neuro-specific conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient status accurately and timely.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in neuro specialty.
• Must possess a valid nursing license verified through Nursys.
• Strong neuro experience reflected in work history, with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Certification in relevant nursing practices is required.
