CA House Supervisor - Day Shift

Job Description

The House Supervisor will oversee nursing operations throughout the hospital, floating to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg to cover meal period breaks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of patient flow and staffing requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff in clinical practice.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• NRP certification is preferred.
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract starting date.
