Job Description

The Travel Physical Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role requires a collaborative and proactive approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Administer physical therapy treatments as per established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have acute care experience in inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings.
• Prefer experience in ICU and wound care.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
