Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Weekend rotations required.

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidates should have significant experience in stroke evaluation and treatment, with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes through advanced care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional activity training.
• Perform neuromuscular re-education and self-care training.
• Utilize advanced equipment including Sara Lifts and Ceiling Lifts during therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech Expanse.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Previous experience with stroke evaluation and treatment preferred.
• No specific certifications required; any relevant certifications are a plus.
