Job Description

Seeking an experienced Travel RN for the Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical/surgical nursing, and prior rehabilitation experience is a plus. The unit provides comprehensive rehabilitation services leveraging advanced equipment and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and participate in patient care, ensuring safe mobility and rehabilitation.
• Perform daily ADLs, 1:1 patient mealtime, and mobility transfers.
• Monitor and manage patient lines including Foley care, NG management, and PICC/midline care.
• Engage with patients and families, enhancing their readiness for discharge.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Utah RN license required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification is mandatory; NIHHS certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with transfer training and safety protocols for patients.
