Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in both an outpatient center and an acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans and diagnostic imaging.
• Ensure all practices comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification required with focus on nuclear medicine tech.
• California State license is mandatory.
