Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (no lunch)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with a strong outpatient background to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a daily workload of 10-12 patients and demonstrate effective lifting and transfer skills. Candidates with rehabilitation hospital experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions while ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year outpatient experience required.
• Active BLS certification.
• Additional certifications in Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, and Hand Therapy preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
