Rotating shifts: 3x12-hour day (07:00 - 19:30) and night (19:00 - 07:30) shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric RN with NICU experience to provide care for our pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of pediatric conditions including prematurity, cardiac defects, feeding issues, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting progress in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and family education.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
• BLS certification is required; PALS certification preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, particularly in NICU or similar settings.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Must be comfortable floating within the specialty and to the sister campus.
