Schedule

Shifts are scheduled for 3x12 hours per week, alternating every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Job Description

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. This role requires critical thinking and teamwork to effectively manage a variety of acute care situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in the intensive care unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of critical care nursing experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, NIH, and PALS.
• Completion of AHA EKG/rhythm course.
