Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 19:00, with an option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend coverage is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and delivery, with a strong focus on fetal monitoring and high-risk antepartum care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of obstetrical patients.
• Conduct and interpret non-stress tests (NSTs) and utilize electronic fetal monitoring (EFM).
• Assist with high-risk deliveries, including the use of forceps or vacuum extraction as necessary.
• Provide lactation support and breastfeeding guidance to new mothers.
• Administer medications and IV therapies confidently, including antihypertensives and insulin drips.
• Participate in patient education and care coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Basic to intermediate fetal monitoring skills.
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
