Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse with experience in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and may be required to float as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Provide care for a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics.
• Ability to float to like units based on the needs of the facility.
• Perform a variety of clinical skills including the management of dysrhythmias, wound care, and administration of IV medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver remarkable patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in community hospitals or long-term acute care settings is preferred.
