Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (36 or 48 hours guaranteed per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit. The RN will provide high-quality care to adult patients and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical/surgical or telemetry setting.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is a plus.
• Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult abuse.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening.
