Job Description

The Telemetry RN will work in a dual role covering both Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) units, with responsibilities including telemetry monitoring. The nurse will provide critical care to patients with a focus on high-quality service in a 10-bed unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and Med/Surg settings.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to critical situations as they arise.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement and adjust patient care plans based on individual needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN Indiana Licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, particularly in critical care, ICU, or telemetry.
