Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with safety and patient care standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
