Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Long-Term Care unit. This position requires an experienced professional who can provide high-quality patient care to individuals aged 60 and older, primarily focusing on long-term care needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide nursing care as directed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC documentation system.
• Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years is mandatory.
• Dementia capable care certification preferred.
