Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) - Travel Position

This position is available in a location requiring strong ortho and robotic experience.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The shift schedule consists of Day 5x8-Hour from 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to provide both first assist and circulator responsibilities in a surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have robust orthopedic experience and robotic surgery proficiency, with additional capability in C-section procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assist and circulator support during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols throughout surgical processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for first assist as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience preferred with a focus on OR settings.
• Valid RN license in hand before the start date.
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CRNFA required.
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and other robotic procedures is mandatory.
