Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Progressive Care Nurse to join our inpatient overflow unit. This unit accommodates a mix of medical-surgical and step-down patients, with a focus on quick turnover and short stay (24-hour length of stay) patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry readings for patients and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Telemetry competency is mandatory.
• Progressive Care experience preferred.
