This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift times are flexible with a start between 7 AM and 8 AM, ending between 4 PM and 5 PM. One weekend shift per month is required in addition to full-time hours.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations and treatment for a diverse patient population in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The caseload will primarily involve cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, ST, and a Therapy Director.
• Maintain documentation using the Sunrise Allscripts system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid NH Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification is required.
• Acute care experience is preferred, with vestibular experience considered an asset.
