Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with a guarantee of 24 hours. Please note that the facility may cancel one shift per week due to low census.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse for a critical position in Arizona. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of recent Oncology experience and be able to demonstrate the necessary clinical skills and competencies in this specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and symptoms.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent Oncology experience.
• Must have active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification is required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Driver’s license to verify residency is required.
• Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes.
