Day 4x10-Hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will be responsible for assisting in a variety of cardiac procedures, including but not limited to balloon angioplasty, PCI, and structural heart procedures. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both scrub and circulating roles, as well as familiarity with complex cardiac interventions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and execution of cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Provide care and support to patients undergoing cardiac interventions.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure appropriate intervention protocols are followed.
• Assist in the management of equipment and ensure a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• RCIS or ARRT certification is mandatory.
• Experience with various cardiac procedures, including but not limited to TAVR, watchman procedures, and PCI.
• Ability to interpret EKG rhythms and manage patient sedation.
