RN House Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable RN House Supervisor with administrative experience to join our team in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH). The successful candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and serve as a key administrative leader within the hospital.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to shifts of three 12-hour days and nights per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Washington State or Multi-State Compact
• Administrative experience in hospital settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
