Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Weekend coverage required, one shift per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves working with a diverse patient population requiring rehabilitation services, including those with neurological injuries, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, and orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care and specialized rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve physical function and quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-management strategies.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with adults.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in specialized rehabilitation areas is a plus.
• Ability to float to nearby locations as needed.
