Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with no on-call requirements.

Job Description

Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy, and procedures. The position involves demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for nursing practice. The nurse serves as an effective role model and leader, educator, and supports the mentoring and retention of nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding healthcare practices.
• Mentor and support nursing staff within the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current California RN License
