Travel Radiology Technologist for Operating Room

Schedule

Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday) with 4-5 on call shifts per month and overtime as needed on weekends.

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. They will perform various imaging procedures and will be expected to float between campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
• Provide support during operating room procedures and ensure proper equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality imaging services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• C-Arm experience is required.
• ARRT registration is preferred.
• Willingness to take on call shifts; at least 5 shifts per month required (3 weekdays and 2 weekend days).
