Job Description

This position is located in the Radiology Services of the Ancillary Care Division. The primary health care facility serves approximately 40,000 Indian beneficiaries and provides comprehensive medical services, including inpatient and ambulatory care, emergency medical care, and community health services.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography and other radiological procedures.
• Assist in special procedures including stereotactic biopsy, ductograms, and needle localization.
• Work closely with Radiologists to assist in special procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have successfully completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mammography as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience with breast tomosynthesis training is required.
• Must possess a current valid Arizona License in Radiology (R) and ARRT certification in Radiology with qualifications in Mammography (RT)(M).
• Must maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
