Radiation Therapist - Day Shift

Day shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The therapist will be responsible for preparing and delivering treatment plans, calculating dosages, and ensuring patient safety throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver radiation therapy treatment plans.
• Calculate dosages of radiation and supervise the implementation of treatment.
• Utilize advanced technology including CT/iCT, MRI, and PET scans in treatment procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and verify treatment protocols.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Current certifications in BLS and ARRT (T) required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Record & Verify Systems (Varis-Vision/ARIA) is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage treatment for various types of cancers such as Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Kidney Cancer, and more.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
