Shift: Nights 12 hours 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a diverse population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain high standards for professional nursing practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Oversee nursing care delivery to various patient populations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience required.
• Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, BLS (AHA) required.
• Current and valid nursing license in the State of Oklahoma.
