Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position requiring on-call coverage for one weekday and every third weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations throughout the facility.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Valid professional license or certification as required for the role.
• Completion of background checks and health screenings as outlined.
• COVID-19 vaccination and other required health immunizations are mandatory.
