4 ten-hour shifts a week, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Technologist will scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. This role includes access site and symptom management, including sheath removal. The technologist will take emergency after-hours call, with a minimum of 15 call shifts required. Responsibilities also include scheduling in and outpatients for all procedures and assisting in admitting, recovering, and discharging both inpatients and outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and monitors various interventional procedures
• Manages access site and symptoms, including sheath removal
• Takes emergency after-hours calls
• Schedules in and outpatients for procedures
• Assists in the admission, recovery, and discharge processes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous Cath Lab experience required
• Priority given to candidates with a NJ ARRT license
• Must possess credentials in CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neurology
• On-call responsibilities
