Schedule

Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, currently 3 shifts per week

Job Description

The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments, with the ability to work independently in completing assignments. Nursing duties include providing support to individuals of all ages and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and established standards of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer treatment as required.
• Assist in developing nursing care plans and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.
• A valid, current, full and unrestricted Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States.
• Must maintain current valid certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification must be completed within six months of hire.
