Job Description

We are seeking skilled Medical Surgical / Oncology Registered Nurses (RNs) for a dynamic MS/Onc unit. Registered Nurses will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with general medical-surgical diagnoses and oncology histories, including administering chemotherapy and biotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients with oncology history.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy as needed.
• Manage patient care activities including colostomy care, accessing ports, and blood product administration.
• Assist with central line blood draws and peripheral line management.
• Utilize proper isolation precautions and wound care management techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a medical-surgical setting; first-time travelers are welcome.
• Must have Oncology Certification (ONC) and be able to administer chemotherapy.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience in colostomy care, central line blood draws, and managing other medical devices.
• Comfortable floating to similar units and alternate care locations as needed.
