Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting, primarily focusing on providing rehabilitation services to patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing various conditions and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs for rehabilitation.
• Implement therapeutic treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• KS State license required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS.
