Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on outpatient care, with experience in treating a variety of conditions, including joint replacements and musculoskeletal pain. This role involves working closely with adult patients to develop individualized treatment plans and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions and joint replacements.
• Implement personalized treatment plans to assist patients in recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MSPT or DPT).
• One or more years of experience in outpatient settings, particularly with back, neck, and shoulder pain.
• Knowledge of joint replacement rehabilitation is preferred.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
