Job Description

A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is needed for a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to patients in a rehabilitation setting. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in patients' recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate exercises and home care programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
