Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will contribute to optimizing patient rehabilitation and promote health and wellness in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy processes and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A licensed Occupational Therapist within the state of Nebraska.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
