7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 3 × 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN must be knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.

Using the nursing process, the RN will collaborate with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. The RN will also direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, as well as administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to nursing support staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
