Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our dedicated team. Our facility is recognized for its commitment to quality patient care and safety. The Progressive Care Unit presents a dynamic environment with opportunities to care for patients requiring medical-surgical and step-down support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within a telemetry monitoring environment.
• Manage a case load of 5 to 6 patients, adapting to levels of care as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure precise documentation using EMR - Cerner.
• Participate in the quick turnover of short-stay patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Telemetry competency required.
• Progressive Care nursing experience is preferred.
