Job Description

The ideal candidate will be required to complete various qualifications and ensure compliance with health and professional standards necessary for the role. This includes the necessity of a valid license, several health screenings, and adherence to professional conduct guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all required licensure and professional documentation.
• Complete all health history screenings and vaccinations as mandated.
• Engage in required professional training and competency testing.
• Adhere to patient information confidentiality and security agreements.
• Maintain integrity in audit services and conflict of interest disclosures.
• Participate in background checks and education verification processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid License/Certificate Verification.
• Health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, and others as specified.
• Completion of specified forms and training related to patient care and safety.
