Day shift, 5 days a week from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to provide exceptional care in an acute rehabilitation hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient rehabilitation, particularly in handling a diverse range of conditions and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to aid patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Certifications: BLS required; Dry Needling and Manual Therapy preferred.
• Experience with charting systems, preferably Community Hospital EMR.
• Familiarity with various rehabilitation equipment and techniques, including adaptive devices and therapeutic modalities.
