Day 4x10-Hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Float required during COVID surges.

Job Description

The Cardiac Intervention Specialist will be responsible for performing invasive cardiac procedures, including but not limited to balloon angioplasty, PCI, stenting, thrombectomy, and catheterization. The role involves working with a patient population predominantly consisting of adults and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cardiac interventions including catheterizations, stent placements, and other related therapies.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and utilize EPIC- CUPID and XPER Witt systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Accurately assess and document patient conditions and response to treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• RCIS/RCES certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with invasive cardiac procedures and devices.
• Local RN license is required at the time of submission.
