Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulating effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license and any required certifications.
• Completion of health screenings and vaccinations as per facility requirements.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
