This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift times are flexible, starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and ending between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Weekend shifts are self-selected, with a requirement for one weekend shift per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on evaluations and treatments for various diagnoses, including cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic cases. A collaborative environment awaits, emphasizing teamwork among Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the Sunrise Allscripts system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification required.
• Acute care experience is essential; vestibular experience is preferred but not mandatory.
