3x12-hour shifts, Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours/week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Job Description

The Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients across various units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU. The clinician will float between these areas to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage respiratory care as needed.
• Support families and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience required.
• BLS and PALS certifications required (AHA only).
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License is required.
• Experience with ECMO and CRT preferred.
