Job Description

This position provides quality nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients in the Radiology Department. The role involves utilizing skills in assessment, communication, teaching, leadership, and management of patient nursing care across various modalities such as Diagnostic Radiology, Special Procedures, Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing radiological procedures.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with patient rights and individualized care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies related to radiological interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of current Critical Care, ICU, ER, or PACU experience (Required)
• EPIC experience (Required)
• Interventional Radiology experience preferred; Conscious/Moderate Sedation experience will be considered
• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact (required)
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (required)
• Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification (required)
• Traveler must have their own vehicle (strongly required)
