Physical Therapist - Orthopedics (Outpatient)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour day shift with a guaranteed 36 hours, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience preferred to join our team specializing in orthopedic and postoperative care. This position involves treating patients to help them recover and maintain their physical capabilities following orthopedic procedures. Our clinic has a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with a typical schedule of seeing 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality physical therapy services to orthopedic and postoperative patients.
• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapy license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
