Job Description

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our team. This position requires a commitment to patient care and compliance with health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct license and certificate verification
• Complete necessary competency and health screenings, including drug testing
• Ensure compliance with the established code of conduct and patient confidentiality agreements
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Participate in required training and provide patient care in accordance with policies and procedures

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid healthcare license/certification as required by the position
• Completion of health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella
• Compliance with the Trinity Code of Conduct and Integrity guidelines
• Background checks and education verification as per policy
