Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg/Tele unit. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic and neurosurgery procedures, in addition to those requiring acute medical and surgical intervention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for 4-6 patients at one time, ensuring their health and comfort.
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter management, and medication administration.
• Maintain communication with all members of the care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of acute medical/surgical/telemetry nursing experience within the past year.
• Experience in neurosurgery and orthopedic nursing is preferred.
