Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our medical surgical unit. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing adult and geriatric patients, using Cerner for electronic health records, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions with attention to detail.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Cerner experience is required.
• NC or compact nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
