Job Description

The CVOR RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the cardiovascular operating room. The role requires strong circulating and scrub experience, as well as general operating room experience across various service lines, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and adherence to best practices during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate seamless operations.
• Float to general OR as needed based on case volume and staff requirements.
• Participate in on-call services as required, including weekend shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 to 5 years of CVOR RN experience required.
• Active RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong circulating and scrub skills with recent experience in surgical procedures.
