Neuro ICU Registered Nurse

Shift: Day, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU Registered Nurse with Neuro experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant nursing experience, including travel nursing. Strong knowledge and proficiency in the Epic charting system is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient care in the Neuro ICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatments and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Neuro ICU setting.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Ability to float to ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed.
